1. Allergy and Safety Guidelines
All TNB products are made with the very best of butters, oils, seeds, herbs, sugars, salts and essential oils. If you have allergies or have sensitive skin it is recommended to preform a patch test first to ensure there is no reaction. Discontinue if irritation occurs. Products and advice are not substitute to cure or prevent any disease or medical issues and is not intended to be replaced with other therapies or medical advice.
2. Handmade Disclaimer
All products are handmade and made to order. As a result, some products may have some variations. Please keep in mind that each of these products are small batch and created with the ultimate care.
3. Shipping and Delivery
All orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail. Most orders will ship out within 3-5 business days after the order has been placed.
Estimated delivery once your items have shipped is 2-5 business days.
Lost Packages
You can always report and USPS package by filling out a claim on the USPS claims website. Please follow up with me via email at tnb.beautyco@gmail.com if needed.
Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
Due to the small batch, handmade, made to order products, returns or exchanges are accepted. No refunds will be provided unless there is a packaging error or you did not receive the correct product.
If there are any damages to your product/products upon arrival please send an email to tnb.beautyco@gmail.com with a photo in order to report the issue. I will be happy to assist you in finding the best resolution.
Estimated delivery once your items have shipped is 3-5 business days.
International Shipping: For the time being TNB only ships in the US, but we do have plans of eventually getting there! :)
4. Lost Packages?
